Your enquiry
NowDMC is the destination management division of Now Comms Asia. We use the name, company, email, country and event details you submit to respond to your enquiry and discuss suitable services. Budget information is optional. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people.
The enquiry form sends your details to Formspree, our form-processing provider, for onward delivery to the NowDMC enquiry team through thai-dmc@nowcomms.asia. This includes enquiries about Indonesia; the team routes them to the appropriate colleague. Our business email is provided through Microsoft 365. Providers may process technical records for delivery, security and spam prevention, and processing may take place outside your country. Formspree operates infrastructure in the United States.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not send your name, email address, budget or event brief to website analytics.
Website measurement
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It measures visits, selected navigation actions and enquiries accepted by our form service; acceptance by the service does not establish a sale or guarantee mailbox delivery. Google may process technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. Advertising personalisation is disabled. You can decline analytics and still browse or send an enquiry.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser under nowdmc-analytics-choice-v1. Accepted analytics may use Google’s _ga cookies. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops this website’s optional analytics collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain.
Films and external links
Vimeo players load when you choose to play a film. Vimeo then applies its own privacy and cookie terms. WhatsApp and email links open their respective services when selected. GitHub Pages hosts this website and may process technical request records.
Contact and choices
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or to ask about deletion or further contact, email answers@nowcomms.asia with “NowDMC privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed for an active project, legal obligations or an objection may need to be retained; ask us about the records relevant to your request.
